In the production of bio-fireplaces carefully selected high-quality materials are used and all the elements are subject to strict control.
We devote special attention to the burners, which must be completely tight even under very high temperatures. Elements making up this important part are precisely laser-cut from special highly alloyed steel, WIG welded, and then undergo final treatment. All burners undergo several stages of control, including penetrant fluid tests and pressure tests.

Positive about the quality of our products, we offer a two-year guarantee on them, counting from the day of purchase.
Of course, mechanical damage resulting from the user’s fault (including scratches on the shell or breaking the glass cylinder) or ignorance of the instruction manual is not subject to the guarantee.
